Design for Manufacturability (DFM)

Our engineers review your design files (CAD, Gerber, or PDF) and provide free DFM analysis within 24-48 hours. We optimize material selection, circuit layout, stack-up structure, and connector choices to reduce cost and improve yield without compromising functionality.

Rapid Prototyping

Fast sample turnaround in 3-7 working days. We offer prototype quantities from 5 to 200 pieces with full functional testing. This allows you to validate fit, feel, and performance before committing to mass production.

Quality Control & Testing

Every batch undergoes rigorous inspection: 100% electrical continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, dielectric strength testing, visual inspection under magnification, and dimensional verification. We follow MIL-STD-105E sampling standards for lot acceptance.
